Weddings and events
How far ahead should we book our wedding flowers?
For peak season, 6 to 12 months ahead. A florist takes one wedding per date, so the popular dates go early, and the couples who miss out are usually the ones who left it past six months. Closer than that, still ask — some dates stay open.
Do you travel outside Noosa?
Yes, within reason. Tell us the venue at your consultation and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
How does the consultation work?
It is 45 minutes, for a bridal or event consultation, in the studio on Hastings Street or over video — video works for couples anywhere, including interstate. Bring your date, venue, colours and any pictures you have saved.
Is there a deposit, and what if we need to cancel?
A 30% deposit is taken when you book, and the amount is shown in the calendar before you confirm. We ask for 14 days' notice to cancel or reschedule; with less notice than that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Are the prices on the Services page fixed?
They are starting prices. Bridal florals start from $1,200 and event styling from $450; the final figure depends on what you choose and is worked out with you at the consultation.
Everyday flowers and the shop
Do I need to book to buy everyday flowers?
No. Consultations are by appointment, but the studio welcomes walk-ins for everyday arrangements when we are not styling a wedding. Or order from the Shop page for same-day delivery.
Where do you deliver, and when?
Noosa, Tewantin and Sunshine Beach, same day, delivered by us. We do not courier flowers, so we cannot post an arrangement further afield. Delivery is a flat rate, shown at checkout.
What if my order arrives wilted or wrong?
If an online order arrives wilted or wrong, we will redo it free the same day — just send a photo.
How quickly will you reply to a message?
The same day.
Visiting the studio
Where do I park?
Street parking on Hastings Street, metered.
Is the studio accessible?
The studio is up a small flight of stairs — there is no lift, so please call ahead on 07 5449 1187 if that is a problem and we will work something out.
When are you open?
Tuesday to Friday 9am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
